Virtual or Live Lunch & Learn

1 Hour Training session:
Kristin will come on-site or facilitate via zoom and train employees during lunch hour. 
Victory Mindset Training will bring each employee to a higher level of awareness of their amazing abilities. It will teach them life changing micro-practices that will enhance their productivity, lower stress and build connection.
Key concepts empowering employees to be powerfully present at work and in life will be covered including:

  • Active Gratitude
  • 1 Minute Mindfulness exercise: Disrupt the negative thought cycle--boost productivity and positive moods
  • Self-assessment administered to identify mental wellness needs and strengths
  • Therapeutic Gratitude Journal included for each employee
  • *Option to add Team Culinary Connection Experience

8-Week Powerfully Present Program

Kristin will come on-site or virtually lead participants in a 1 hour weekly training.  Participants will be provided with exercises which they will weave into their workday, learning to be more powerfully present and productive.    
Each mindfulness participant will learn about the power of being present in the moment.  
This eight-week training will cover life-changing concepts that will enhance mental awareness and creativity.  

  • This 8 week mindfulness training brings science based practices as well as team and individual moments of clarity, 

Each participant will receive:
1: Daily Reflections: Therapeutic Gratitude Journal
2: Meditation Scripts
3: Bi-Monthly assessments to monitor progress
4. Weekly Group Zoom Check-in and Accountability

8-Week Powerfully Present Program--Management Only (Train the Trainer)

Kristin provides on-site 8 week mindfulness training programs for supervisors and management.  The knowledge shared is then passed on through practice and company wide training or team meetings.  Participants will be provided with exercises which they will be able to teach to their employees, and team members which will weave into their workday, learning to be more powerfully present and productive.
